Socialite Koyal Chandak inaugurates 5-day Patola art expo at Banjara Hills
Socialite Koyal Chandak inaugurated the five-day D Sons Patola Art Exhibition at Labels Pop-up Space, Banjara Hills, Hyderabad. The expo, running until November 23, features a wide range of traditional textiles and handcrafted items, including Patan Patola, Banarasi, Paithani, Kashmiri, and Ajrak sarees, along with suits, kurtis, jewellery, and home linen.

Hyderabad: Socialite Koyal Chandak formally inaugurated the 5-day D Sons Patola Art Exhibition at the Labels Pop-up Space, Road No. 1, Banjara Hills. Speaking at the launch Chandak, said, “It’s wonderful to see a diverse collection of apparel, especially Patola art sarees, pure handloom, and silk products, showcased under one roof in the city.”
The exhibition features a rich variety of traditional textiles and handcrafted items from across India including Patan Patola, Bandhani, Banarasi, Paithani, Kashmiri, Maheshwari, Kanchipuram, Gadwal, Lucknowi, Ajrak sarees, suits and kurtis, dress material, jewellery and bedsheets.
According to the exhibition organisers, the expo will run till November 23 offering a vibrant platform for textile lovers and artisans alike. The main social objective of the exhibition is to promote weavers and encourage and provide a market to the handloom industry. Such exhibitions help create sustainable markers for weavers and their handloom products.
