Hyderabad: A software professional was killed in an accident at Gachibowli early on Tuesday.
The man, Akasapu Srinivas (28) who works at a software company in Begumpet, was going on his motorcycle along with his friend Uday Bhaskar on the GAR Infoban road stretch at Gachibowli when a tipper lorry hit the bike.
“The tipper lorry was over speeding and hit the motorcycle on which Srinivas and Bhaskar were travelling. Both of them fell on the road, Srinivas died on the spot while Bhaskar survived with injuries,” the Gachibowli police said. A case was registered against the lorry driver and investigation is on.
