SP Rohith Raju inaugurates MPP School constructed by Cherla police in Kothagudem
Superintendent of Police B Rohith Raju inaugurated a newly built Mandal Parishad Primary School in Bakkachintalapadu village. He stressed the importance of quality education, hygiene, discipline and sports, while urging people to rely on government healthcare and maintain clean surroundings
Kothagudem: Superintendent of Police B Rohith Raju inaugurated the newly built Mandal Parishad Primary School building at Bakkachintalapadu village in Cherla mandal of the district on Wednesday. The school building was constructed by the Cherla police.
The SP said education forms a strong foundation for every child’s future. Teachers should pay special attention to ensure that children in remote tribal areas receive quality education and achieve high goals.
He advised teachers to focus on maintaining a hygienic environment and discipline in the school, besides fostering moral values and improving student attendance. He emphasised the need to identify each student’s talent and provide appropriate encouragement.
Rohith Raju encouraged students to actively participate in sports, yoga and cultural activities alongside their studies, noting that these activities help develop self-confidence, leadership qualities and a sense of teamwork.
He advised people to consult government hospitals in the event of illness or accidents rather than relying on superstitions, and to keep their surroundings clean. In the case of monsoon-related illnesses such as dengue and malaria, people should consult government health centres immediately.
As part of Vana Mahotsav, the SP planted saplings on the school premises. School bags and writing slates were distributed to the students. Bhadrachalam DSP Arun Kumar, SB-2 Inspector Srinivas, Cherla CI Raju Varma, SIs Narsi Reddy and Keshava, and MEO Ramana were present.
