Hyderabad: Sreenidhi University launched the Sreenidhi School of Business, marking an important step in the university’s vision to redefine management education for the evolving global economy.
The event brought together academic leaders, industry experts, and professionals to discuss the future of business education in an era shaped by rapid technological transformation.
The programme had leadership addresses by Dr Ananth Padmanabhan, Vice Chancellor of Sreenidhi University, and Abhijit Rao, President of Sreenidhi University.
In his address, Dr Padmanabhan reflected on the enduring role of universities as institutions that nurture intellectual curiosity, critical inquiry, and interdisciplinary collaboration, drawing inspiration from both global centres of learning and India’s rich academic traditions.
A presentation titled ‘Management Education, Reimagined!’ was delivered by Dr Maithreya Chakravarthula, Director – Innovation & Entrepreneurship at Sreenidhi University, apart from a panel discussion on ‘Rethinking Business Education in the Age of Emerging Technology’ featuring Janani Prakaash (Senior Vice President & Global Head – People & Culture, Genzeon), Mario David (Vice President, JP Morgan Chase), Srinivas Aravala (Technology Director, Wells Fargo), and Sravanth Gajula (Co-founder, AdOnMo).
