SSB Sub-Inspector from Kagaznagar dies after fall from building while on duty in Assam

An SSB Sub-Inspector from Kagaznagar in Kumram Bheem Asifabad district died after accidentally falling from a building while on duty in Assam. The body of Dinesh Kumar, 43, was brought to his hometown on Thursday, with funeral rites scheduled later.

Kumram Bheem Asifabad: A Sub-Inspector from Kagaznagar town working with Sahashra Seema Bal (SSB) died on the spot when he fell off a building while on duty in Assam on Wednesday. His body was shifted from Assam to Kagaznagar on Thursday.

Family members said that Dinesh Kumar (43) from Sirsilk Colony in the town, sustained critical injuries when he accidentally slipped and fell from the building. He was immediately shifted to a local hospital. He succumbed to the injuries while undergoing treatment. His body arrived in Kagaznagar and funeral would be performed in the evening.


Dinesh, a constable of SSB, was promoted as SI recently. He is survived by a wife, three sons and a daughter.
