We did our bit of research and understood that finding labour was not so easy. So taking inputs from our research, we went for semi-automatic machines which needed fewer human interventions and we started ‘Luv for Food’ in 2018,” says Shailaja who also monitors the marketing and social media promotions, along with cooking.
Within a few days, ‘Luv for Food’ became a big hit and with just word-of-mouth publicity. People started to order their requests over the phone. “We supply only pure vegetarian food — lunches or savouries (including all types of traditional sweets and snacks, pizzas, pav and many more,” says Sashikala who monitors the kitchen.
The duo believe that food turns out to be absolutely delicious when we cook it in a happy mood, while it isn’t as tasty when we cook under stress or anger. So chantings or pleasant music is played till the cooking is done in their kitchen.
