Hyderabad: Former Minister and senior BRS legislator T Harish Rao condemned the State government’s decision to withdraw house sites allotted to 118 journalists in Karimnagar during the BRS regime. He asked whether this was the government’s gift to journalists during the festive season of Bathukamma and Dasara.

Terming the Congress government’s action as political vendetta, Harish Rao said that it was another evidence of the Congress-mark atrocious behaviour. He questioned the need to make journalists who constantly work for better of the society, suffer and destroy their dream to own a house.
