Students of Pallavi Model School paid tribute to their teachers

The students enlightened the assembly with mythological facts such as Guru Pournima is also the day that marks the birth anniversary of Maharishi Ved Vyasa.

Guru or teacher has always been considered akin to God. Guru Pournima or Vyasa Pournima is the day to celebrate and pay our gratitude to our gurus. Class IX students of Pallavi Model School, Alwal, paid tribute and sought the blessing of their teachers.

A presentation commenced with the Guru Brahma Guru Vishnu mantra through a dance performance with its explanation in English, followed by the importance of the day and ways to celebrate the day, by paying respect to their teachers or gurus who have guided them and imparted them with the knowledge and teachings.
