Gold and silver prices surged this week, with 24-carat gold rising by over Rs 3,300 and silver breaching the Rs 1.28 lakh mark, amid global uncertainty and safe-haven demand
As per market reports, the 24-carat gold was priced at Rs 71,510 per 10 grams on Wednesday, marking a notable decrease from its April 19 record rate of Rs 74,340.
The price of 22-carat gold also saw a dip, settling at Rs 53,350 per 10 grams. This downturn in gold prices has prompted many residents of Hyderabad to seize the opportunity and invest in the yellow metal before it potentially starts rising again.
