A bench of Chief Justice of India DY Chandrachud and Justices JB Pardiwala and Manoj Misra quashed the decision by Returning Officer Anil Masih by which he declared BJP candidate Manoj Kumar Sonkar as Chandigarh Mayor on January 30.
