Superintendent of Police Akhil Mahajan, in a statement, said Soyam Kishtu, a man from hamlet under Dharmapuri village, was apprehended on charges of poisoning the water for the mid-day meal.
As per instructions of the government, elaborate arrangements were made for smooth reopening of the institutions. Face masks and sanitisers were provided to the pupils.
