An experienced pilot was killed after a tandem paraglider crashed shortly after take-off at Bir Billing in Kangra district. The tourist on board survived. Authorities suspended paragliding for a day and ordered an investigation into the cause.
The event lasts for five days from January 13 and will be open from 6 am to 6 pm. The event will commence with the National Paramotoring Championship 2021 and then proceeds towards Sankranti Air Show, Tourism Minister V. Srinivas Goud said
