Proteas T20I captain Aiden Markram moves to Lucknow Super Giants in a record SA20 auction bid after three seasons with Sunrisers Eastern Cape. Markram hopes to tackle new challenges and help the Super Giants recover from a disappointing previous season.
Aiden Markram and Hayley Matthews were named ICC Players of the Month for June 2025. Markram starred in South Africa’s WTC Final win with a century, while Matthews impressed with all-round performances in the ODI and T20I series against South Africa.
