The examination is being conducted as per earlier schedule, as it was not possible to reschedule it in the last moment, the APPSC is learnt to have written to the State Government.

The examinations are set to commence with the Telugu paper on May 3, followed by the English paper on May 4. Both papers are of a qualifying nature.

Most of the aspirants who appeared for the examination found the questions to be on the lines of the examination of the Andhra Pradesh Public Service Commission.

The Preliminary Examination is scheduled for February 25, 2024, while the date for the Main Examination is yet to be confirmed.

Additionally, 10 per cent of all the posts will be reserved for EWS (Economically Weaker Section) candidates in future notifications, and the number of jobs in various posts will also be increased.
