Civil Aviation Minister Hardeep Singh Puri says country’s air passenger traffic is almost touching pre-Covid numbers.

The MoU was signed at Aero India 2021, Bengaluru. GMR Group and Airbus will team up to explore potential synergies in several strategic areas of aviation services including maintenance, components, training, digital and airport services.

He pointed out that India holds the potential to become a reliable supplier of defence equipment to many friendly nations.
