Former Telangana Digital Media Director Konatham Dileep has sought the DGP’s intervention for the return of his passport, alleging it has been unlawfully retained by police for eight months without court orders following his arrest in June 2025.
The officers are Kothakota Srinivas Reddy, B Shivdhar Reddy, Abhilasha Bisht, Soumya Mishra and Shikha Goel. The officials will now hold the rank of DGP Level 16 in the Pay Matrix of IPS (Pay) Rules, 2016.
