Bollarum police arrested Derangula Ravi and two juveniles for phone snatching in Secunderabad. Ravi, involved in 51 property offences, formed a gang with minors soon after his release from prison. Police recovered stolen phones and launched further investigation
A Bureau press release said on Thursday that a case was registered against the three persons that they had colluded in 2002 with another person (since expired) of a private firm to cheat Central Bank of India.
