The Minister wrote a letter to union Minister of Chemicals and Fertilizers Mansukh Mandaviya on Friday pointing out the grave injustice meted out to Telangana in allotment of BDP.
The State Government has developed the required ecosystem for manufacturing pharma products in Hyderabad and accordingly the city was now being considered as Vaccine Capital of the World.
