At least eight girl students of a tribal welfare residential school and college in Narayanpur village, Narsapur mandal, Medak district, were bitten by rats on Thursday night. Despite repeated complaints about rodent infestation, hostel authorities allegedly failed to act.
The party asked the Congress government to wake up from its slumber and take corrective measures for welfare of students who were studying in dire conditions.
