A murder case was booked against Inspector Nagaraju by Andhra Pradesh police, for his alleged role in the disappearance of Gade Sai Krishna (23). The inspector was booked under BNS Sections 103 (1), 127 (4) and 127 (6) and also BNSS 238, respectively.
