Mohammed Raheem Pasha, a teacher had purchased a gold necklace and a pair of earrings and was returning home on Monday evening when he realised the bag with the ornaments had gone missing.

Posing themselves as police, they demanded money from devotees who stayed in the Raja Rajeshwaraswamy temple premises during the night.
