In Mancherial, a couple allegedly killed their 10-year-old daughter before dying by suicide, unable to cope with the death of their 12-year-old son from viral fever. All three succumbed to pesticide poisoning, leaving the family devastated.

They were identified as Dilip (30) and Anjali (25) of Paidipalli village of Hanamkonda district.
