Rachakonda CP Tarun Joshi said the prime suspect, Shobarani, who also runs a health clinic at Medipally, along with Swapna and Saleem, were bringing the infants from Delhi and Maharashtra.
The policemen, head constable Sai Kumar and constable Karthik, both working with the Rachakonda Armed Reserve had stopped two persons Krishna and Srikanth and seized Rs. 25 lakh at Karimguda in Medipally.
Damera police with the support of the villagers and donors have set up the library for the use of the students preparing for the competitive exams and CCTV cameras in the village.
