Central Indonesia's Sulawesi island was struck with a 6.7 magnitude earthquake on Tuesday, injuring at least eight people. Strong tremors of the earthquake led to residents fleeing into open areas in and around Palu. According to the National Search and Rescue Agency, eight people were reportedly injured in Sigi, including two with serious injuries.
