Darshan was released from prison on October 30, after 131 days behind bars, after the Karnataka High Court granted him conditional bail on medical grounds for six weeks.

Sources stated that if the court rejects bail, an appeal would be made to shift him back to the Bengaluru Central Prison.

Darshan has complained about murdered Renukaswamy coming in his dreams and haunting him.

It has been mentioned on pages 174 and 175 that Darshan forcefully kicked Renukaswamy's private parts.

The charge sheet also revealed that Renukaswamy chatted with Pavithra Gowda by creating a fake ID on Instagram by the name Gowtham.

The charge sheet mentions that Pavithra Gowda, unable to handle the slew of vulgar messages and photos of Renukaswamy’s private parts, asked another accused in the case, Pavan, to deal with Renukaswamy’s messages.

Asked about what the family of the deceased Renukaswamy can expect from the police, as it makes final preparations in connection with submitting a charge sheet in the case, he asserted that they can expect justice.
