Darshan was released from prison on October 30, after 131 days behind bars, after the Karnataka High Court granted him conditional bail on medical grounds for six weeks.
The charge sheet mentions that Pavithra Gowda, unable to handle the slew of vulgar messages and photos of Renukaswamy’s private parts, asked another accused in the case, Pavan, to deal with Renukaswamy’s messages.
Asked about what the family of the deceased Renukaswamy can expect from the police, as it makes final preparations in connection with submitting a charge sheet in the case, he asserted that they can expect justice.
