As part of the nationwide initiative ‘Project Rise’, the community took to the streets near Bombay Hotel to offer chilled 'nimbu pani' to locals.

During this holy month, the Dawoodi Bohras fast from dawn to dusk, engage in recitation and memorisation of the Quran, host communal meals, and actively participate in acts of charity.

The Minister appreciated Dr Syedna Mufaddal Saifuddin for his philanthropy and the Dawoodi Bohra community for its entrepreneurship, patriotism and for its contribution in nation building
