The chief minister, however, will remain in custody as he was subsequently arrested by the CBI in a corruption case linked to the alleged excise policy scam.
The Delhi High Court on Wednesday said it would hear Delhi Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal's plea seeking bail in the corruption case registered by the CBI in connection with the alleged excise policy scam on July 5.
