Justice Manoj Kumar Ohri on Wednesday sought a response from respondents while slated the matter for getting on May 25th.

Future Retail said it will "defend the matter/proceedings through our legal counsels".

The three judges, who were having mild symptoms, received their test reports yesterday, sources said, adding that they did not conduct the court on Monday.

A bench headed by Justice R.F. Nariman issued notices to Future Retail and RIL in the matter.

Justice J R Midha said the court was satisfied that an immediate interim order was required to be passed to protect the rights of Amazon.

In a letter addressed to the Future Group employees, Biyani alleged that Amazon is running a concerted and coordinated media campaign and leaking misleading information.
