The Telangana Postal Circle has introduced 24x7 booking services in eight post offices across Vikarabad, Ranga Reddy, and Hyderabad districts, ensuring uninterrupted access to speed post and money remittance facilities. Additionally, business hours have been extended in 32 post offices across Hyderabad city.

Digital Postal Index Number (DIGIPIN) developed by IIT Hyderabad and NRSC under ISRO, has been launched by the Department of Post to provide precise location with the help of coordinates. This beta version is now available on their web application and open for feedback.
DIGIPIN will enhance location accuracy across multiple sectors by providing precise geographic coordinates, ensuring accurate service delivery and reducing emergency response times.
