Drug inspectors conducted a raid on Balaji Clinic in Puppalguda, Rangareddy district, which was being run by an unqualified practitioner named Ratan Biswas. According to the DCA, Biswas was practicing allopathic medicine without an MBBS degree. During the raid, inspectors discovered 34 different types of medications and seized stocks valued at Rs 1.85 lakh.
The Jeedimetla police have filed a case against a pharmaceutical manufacturer, accusing them of fabricating a drug license and utilizing it to operate their business unlawfully.
