The Supreme Court quashed the FIR and proceedings against YouTuber Elvish Yadav in the 2023 snake venom case, ruling the complaint under the Wildlife (Protection) Act was invalid and no narcotics or psychotropic substances were involved

Unidentified gunmen fired at YouTuber Elvish Yadav’s Gurugram residence early Sunday, hitting the ground and first floor. Yadav was away; no injuries were reported. Police are investigating, collecting evidence, and reviewing CCTV footage to identify the attackers.

The incident, which was featured in a promo, saw Neha feeling dizzy and fainting on the sets.

The seized assets, which include agricultural land in Bijnor district, Uttar Pradesh, and various bank accounts, are associated with popular content creators Siddharth Yadav (Elvish Yadav), Rahul Yadav (Fazilpuria), and Sky Digital India Pvt. Ltd.

Previously, the ED filed a case under the Prevention of Money Laundering Act related to the snake venom incident due to the large sums of money involved in the racket in May this year.

The Noida Police have already submitted a 1,200-page charge sheet in the court naming Elvish Yadav and his associates as accused.

Officials report an incident in Gurugram where Elvish Yadav and his followers allegedly assaulted a victim, with a video of the incident shared on social media by the victim.

Elvish Yadav is a popular 26-year-old YouTuber and a social media influencer from Gurugram who rose to fame after entering 'Bigg Boss OTT2'  as one of the wild card entries.

Gaurav Gupta of PFA claimed that Yadav, who is also a YouTuber and social media influencer, illegally organised rave parties and shot videos with live snakes and snake venom in Noida.
