Farmers staged a road blockade at Gavvalapally junction in Medak district after failing to access the fertiliser booking app to buy urea. Officials intervened and assured the farmers that the issue would be taken up with higher authorities.
The villagers who blocked the Chegunta-Medak road protesting lack of drinking water supply, had said that officials and elected representatives were not responding to their pleas.
