South Central Railway (SCR) has launched a biometric sign-on and sign-off system for TTE staff, replacing the earlier password-based method. Introduced at six lobbies including Secunderabad and Vijayawada, the Aadhaar-based system will gradually cover all 73 lobbies across the Zone
The GM advised railway officials to regularly counsel the running staff like loco pilots, assistant loco pilots and station masters, permanent way maintenance staff etc.
