As part of the 350th martyrdom anniversary of Sri Guru Tegh Bahadur Sahibji, a Shaheedi Nagar Kirtan departed from Gurdwara Sahib Sikh Chawniat in Hyderabad towards Vijayawada. The event featured a Kirtan Darbar with Gurbani recitations and sermons, attended by prominent Sikh leaders including Giani Raghbir Singh.
People of the Gurudwara Parbandhak Committee were surprised to see Modi present in the premises. There was neither any security, nor barricading arrangements made on the roads during the Prime Minister's unscheduled visit.
