RS Praveen Kumar called the Congress government's announcement of a "new menu" misleading, noting that it was the existing menu introduced during the BRS regime.
Urging authorities to prioritize providing quality food and addressing the real issues faced by the students instead of posing for photos and making use of the occasion for mileage, he said meaningful actions were the need of the hour to ensure the well-being of the students in these hostels.
BRSV district president Dharani Rajesh and coordinator Butti Shiva Kumar said that they were inspecting the quality of food served to students at the school during their visit.
