The agenda for the meeting is the appointment of Ombudsman as per Rule 40 of the HCA Memorandum Rules and Regulations and also the appointment of the Ethics Officer in accordance with Rule 39 of the HCA Memorandum Rules and Regulations

The HCA has yet to get the green signal for the AGM either from the State government or the police
