HMDA’s e-auction of residential plots at Inmulnarva Layout in Kothur, Ranga Reddy district, generated Rs 6.57 crore from 20 plots on Thursday. The highest bid was Rs 21,000 per square yard, with a weighted average rate of Rs 16,725.
HMDA will conduct an e-auction of 35 residential plots at Bachupally Layout on September 2. Registration will begin on August 31. A pre-bid meeting was held on Thursday, with officials addressing bidders’ queries on plots and auction procedures.
