HMDA fetch Rs 6.57 crore through 60 residential plots at Inmulnarva Layout e-Auction

HMDA’s e-auction of residential plots at Inmulnarva Layout in Kothur, Ranga Reddy district, generated Rs 6.57 crore from 20 plots on Thursday. The highest bid was Rs 21,000 per square yard, with a weighted average rate of Rs 16,725.

Hyderabad: The Hyderabad Metropolitan Development Authority (HMDA) conducted e-Auction of 60 residential plots at Inmulnarva Layout at Kothur in Ranga Reddy district, on Thursday and generated Rs 6.57 crore revenue, with 20 plots auctioned.

The highest bid was Rs 21,000 per square yard, while the weighted average rate was Rs 16,725 per square yard in the residential plots according to a press release. The response received during the e-auction highlights the area’s investment potential and growing demand for the Inmulnarva layout, it said.
