HMDA to auction 35 residential plots in Bachupally on September 2
HMDA will conduct an e-auction of 35 residential plots at Bachupally Layout on September 2. Registration will begin on August 31. A pre-bid meeting was held on Thursday, with officials addressing bidders’ queries on plots and auction procedures.
Hyderabad: The Hyderabad Metropolitan Development Authority (HMDA) on Thursday organised a pre-bid meeting with prospective bidders for the upcoming e-auction of 35 residential plots at Bachupally Layout.
HMDA announced the schedule for the e-auction of the 35 residential plots. As per the schedule, the e-auction will be held on September 2, and registration will start from August 31.
The press release said the pre-bid meeting received an immense response from bidders. The HMDA’s engineering, planning and Estates wings addressed queries relating to the residential plots, layout details, development and infrastructure aspects, auction terms and conditions, and other related matters.
