AIMIM has announced its plans to contest the upcoming municipal elections in Maharashtra, scheduled for next year. Party Maharashtra in-charge and former MP Imtiyaz Jaleel released the list of candidates for Nanded, Jalna, Mumbra, Dhule, Vasai-Virar, and Mumbai municipal corporations.
Party had roped in Imtiyaz Jaleel, Aurangabad (Central) MP for the campaign along with party unit heads and MLAs of Maharashtra, Uttar Pradesh and Bihar
