NALSAR University of Law Vice Chancellor Prof. Srikrishna Deva Rao said the lecture was the fourth in a series of lectures organised on the occasion of the silver jubilee year celebrations of the University and 50th anniversary year of Kesavananda Bharati case.
Justice Gogoi, participating in a debate on the Delhi ordinance Bill, said, There is a book by Andhyarujina, the former solicitor general, on the Kesavananda Bharati case, having read the book, my view is that the doctrine of basic structure of Constitution has a very debatable jurisprudential basis
