Residents of Kistareddypet in Ameenpur mandal accused BHEL employee Prasanna Kumar of collecting Rs 3 lakh each from 69 persons, promising 2BHK houses. They lodged a complaint at Ameenpur Police Station. Police registered a case and began investigation
The injured were rushed to the area hospital in Patancheru. Later, they were shifted to a corporate hospital. The condition of two of them was stated to be critical.
The accused were Amaraj Kumar Reddy alias Munnitham Amaraj Kumar alias Doll (24), a resident of Ramanthapur, and Tippanaboyina Sai Krishna alias Sai, a resident of Chandrayangutta.
