The Police Commissioner announced on 'X' on Friday that he held a court session as an Additional District Magistrate under Section 107 of the former Criminal Procedure Code (now Section 126 of BNSS in the new code).
According to the police, the former Mayor, who is now a corporator from the GHMC's Mehdipatnam division, along with a few others had obstructed policemen from performing their duties on Tuesday.
