Sukesh Gupta was arrested on October 18, produced before the Special PMLA Court at Nampally here on Wednesday and sent to 14 days of judicial custody, ED said.
The Petitioner, a self-proclaimed tantrik, who was previously out on bail, was arrested on Dec 04. The court concluded that there was no grounds to order his release or grant bail.
