The project has been formally launched by Jyotiraditya M Scindia, Civil Aviation Minister, K T Rama Rao, Telangana IT Minister and Patlolla Sabitha Indra Reddy, Telangana Education Minister.
The project’s first two days of the trials will focus on the visual line of sight (VLOS), which involves drones flying between 500 and 700 meters from the base and they can be seen with the naked eye.
The company is aiming to bring transformational change in rural and remote healthcare systems by enabling easy and faster access to vital medical supplies.
