Consumers in Hyderabad have accused the HMWSSB of closing complaints lodged through its Metro Customer Care system without resolving persistent low water pressure problems. A Boduppal resident said multiple tickets were marked “resolved” despite no inspection or rectification.
After a three-day disruption caused by technical glitches in its data center, the Hyderabad Metropolitan Water Supply and Sewerage Board (HMWSSB) has resumed all its online services, including tanker bookings and billing.
