Thirty-eight displaced families from Velugumatla performed Bhoomi Puja for houses at Bhoodan lands in Khammam. Minister Tummala Nageswara Rao laid the foundation stone and said the colony would be developed as a model settlement with basic infrastructure
RIMS Director Dr Banoth Balaram said 22 of the 70 students who had lunch developed vomiting, headache and nausea. They were admitted to the institution and their condition was stable.
