MMC Commissioner T Vinay Krishna Reddy inspected Ganesh idol immersion arrangements at Saroornagar Lake on Thursday. Officials were directed to ensure safe immersion, keep swimmers, medical facilities and emergency teams ready, regulate traffic, remove debris and maintain cleanliness throughout the event.
Malkajgiri Municipal Corporation commissioner T Vinay Krishna Reddy has directed officials to create separate rainwater and drainage lines to prevent pollution and overflow, while also stressing waste management, timely garbage collection and removal of construction debris.
