Nine Maoists, including Andhra-Odisha Border Special Zone Committee secretary C Narayana Rao, surrendered before Andhra Pradesh police. DGP Harish Kumar Gupta said sustained intelligence-based operations and rehabilitation policies have reduced the Maoist presence in the State to zero.
