The Congress faced a setback in Narsapur after several key leaders, led by former ZPTC Anjaneyulu, joined the BRS in the presence of MLA V Sunitha Lakshma Reddy. Harish Rao welcomed them and accused the Congress government of failing to fulfil its promises.
